Hey everyone we have a new addition to our family. We now have a new dog. The other night Ray went out for awhile and when he came home he had this huge black dog with him. He said we were going to keep it and I said "NO! He is too damn BIG". Well I lost because the dog won me over with the big brown eyes. Turns out it's a female. We named her Shadow because she follows us all over the place just like a shadow. She is a very affectionate dog but she drools a lot like some big dogs do. When she's upright, she's as tall as me. She stood up yesterday and about knocked me over and laid a big ole' sloppy kiss on me. She is a beautiful dog. She is pure black. We're not sure of the breed. She looks like she might be part Lab. She's beautiful. All the animals are starting to get used to each other but Mitzey is jealous cuz she's always been the "Queen" around here. I think they are starting to kinda make up to each other though. I went and bought a collar for Shadow yesterday and took her with me to get gas for the car. She loves to ride in the car! I'll have to take her to the Vet to get her checked and get her shots and get her heartworm pills and such. Just wanted to tell you about our new addition. As soon as I get pictures of all three of our animals I will post them. I posted a picture of Mitzey a long time ago so some of you have seen her but I want to get picture of all 3. Well I gotta go now. I'm gonna go out to mow the lawn. You all have a great day!!

Here we are already discussing the future President of the United States in the Year 2008. Well...I have my own candidate. And...I'm sure that once you know who I'm voting for...you will agree.

For those of you who would like another choice for President, I have the best solution:
It is probably time we have a woman as President. My choice, and I hope yours as well, is a woman who has all the answers to our problems.
